She fried julienne of meat with garlic, and put them with hot soup when noodles were done.
The noodles were cooked separately: she added sesame oil and white pepper powder when steam came out, and put a small amount of green onion on the boiling hot, bowl of noodles.
I knew it's the perfect definition of "lunch from grandma".
